Please note : You must make an unpacking video without cuts and edits from the beginning (where the outer package - the polythene bag with the label, is completely sealed) and show the defects in the video to have any claims of ‘missing item’ or ‘defected item’ accepted and it must be made within 2-3 days of delivery! No claims will be accepted at any cost otherwise.
